CHAP

Community Healthcare Access Program (CHAP) - A state run program that provides healthcare at reduced cost to Delaware residents. CHAP is available to enrollees who are not eligible for Medicaid and who are without healthcare benefits from any other source.

The DECCF provides families with the education and support to find out about and enroll in this program.
